Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park. Spend the afternoon exploring the baobab-studded plains and tracking the park’s famous elephant herds.

Day 2: Tarangire to Lake Eyasi (Cultural Encounter)

Drive to the rugged landscape of Lake Eyasi. In the afternoon, visit the Datoga tribe, skilled blacksmiths and pastoralists. Learn about their ancient metalworking techniques and traditional lifestyle.

Day 3: Hadzabe Bushmen Hunt to Serengeti Plains

Awaken before dawn to join the Hadzabe Bushmen—one of Africa’s last true hunter-gatherer tribes. Learn about their click language, tracking skills, and traditional bow-hunting methods. Return to the lodge for breakfast, then drive up into the Ngorongoro highlands and cross into the Serengeti.

Day 4: Full Day Serengeti Wildlife Tracking

Day 5: Serengeti to Karatu via Maasai Boma

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Exploration

Day 7: Karatu to Mto wa Mbu Walk & Return to Arusha
